Period-property refurbishment and extension

A completed refurbishment and extension of a period property in Ealing, combining internal reconfiguration with carefully detailed restoration and finishing work.

Working as a subcontractor, Lloyd assembled and managed his own complete site team to carry out the construction works across the project. The work included a rear glazed extension, façade repairs, staircase restoration, bespoke under-stair joinery, bathroom installation and new garden terraces formed with brickwork and stone paving.
