Whole-house refurbishment, extension and loft conversion
An extensive residential project combining a whole-house refurbishment, rear extension, loft conversion, new driveway, landscaped garden and purpose-built garden room.
Working as a subcontractor, Lloyd assembled and managed his own complete site team to carry out the construction works across the project. The work included structural alterations, internal reconfiguration, kitchens, bathrooms, bespoke joinery, finishes and coordinated external works.
